The General MLP is for successful experienced first -line managerial leaders, project managers, department heads, and other middle managerial leaders to accelerate their potential by infusing knowledge and to prepare for new challenges ahead.

DELIVERY MODE

The General MLP can be either delivered as a learnership, which will qualify the sponsoring employer for an additional tax deduction, or it can be offered as a training programme without the learnership requirements. Our blended virtual facilitator-led training delivery method combines F2F classroom instruction (theory and practical) with online activities and is participative, interactive and hands-on. We use a variety of techniques and tools such as simulations, roleplays, presentations, videos, games, discussions, questionnaires, case studies, facilitation.
